UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-Hour Service once your order has been fulfilled. Fulfilment usually takes place within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
International Orders
We ship international orders via DHL Express (air) or DHL European Road Service for mainland Europe. Once your order is in transit, you will receive On Demand Delivery notifications so you can customise your delivery preferences.

Next Day Delivery (UK Only)
Next Day Delivery is available for UK customers who place orders Monday–Friday before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
Example: If you order on a Friday after 2pm, your package will arrive on Tuesday.

Yes, we deliver to most countries worldwide. However, please check during checkout to ensure your country is available for shipping.
Important Restrictions:
- Due to updated regulations from September 2021, we are unable to ship our Hair Oil to certain countries.
Import Duties & Taxes
- All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and charged upfront.
- Rates are automatically calculated by Shopify and updated regularly — we do not control these calculations.
