We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Returns

Our returns period lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or offer replacements after this time frame.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Items cannot be returned simply due to an upcoming promotion or sale (e.g., Black Friday).

Please note: At this time, we do not offer free return postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

How to Return an Item

Email us at goddessofwealth123@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photo evidence if the item is damaged or defective (optional but helpful)

We will provide instructions on where to send your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider — processing times vary.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, email us at goddessofwealth123@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email goddessofwealth123@gmail.com for further instructions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item valued over £40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
